Hi, I'm Sydney, and I’m thrilled to be your fitness and nutrition coach. My journey began in 2018 when I first became a certified personal trainer. With a minor in Nutrition Sciences from Baylor University, I've combined my academic knowledge with my passion for health to help others transform their lives.
I love guiding clients to achieve their goals. I firmly believe in a gradual, sustainable approach to fitness and nutrition.
