Hi, I'm Sydney, and I’m thrilled to be your fitness and nutrition coach. My journey began in ​2018 when I first became a certified personal trainer. With a minor in Nutrition Sciences from ​Baylor University, I've combined my academic knowledge with my passion for health to help ​others transform their lives.

I love guiding clients to achieve their goals. I firmly believe in a gradual, sustainable ​approach to fitness and nutrition. Quick fixes may offer temporary results, but true ​transformation comes from dedication and consistency.
